This is how Fabian describes his job
My main area of responsibility at H&S Sensortechnik. I accompany projects from start to finish – from goods import and order processing to export to end customers. This includes customer service, new customer acquisition, consulting on technical solutions and individual requirements, and much more. Independence is paramount in this broad field of activity, and I am delighted to have the trust of the management and the responsibility that comes with it.
In addition, I am responsible for the technical support of selected customers at H&S Kabeltechnik: I process enquiries, create projects and quotations, and support our customers with technical issues.
The best thing about Fabian's job
I especially like the variety of the work. No two days are the same, as each project brings new requirements and challenges. At H&S, you are never ‘omniscient’ – you learn something new every day. This diversity ensures that the working day is never boring and you approach new tasks with motivation and curiosity every day.
What Fabian especially appreciates about H&S
The helpfulness and working atmosphere are my top priorities. Everyone is open to listening to others, and support is always a given. You are welcomed warmly from day one, there is a lot of laughter, and you quickly feel like part of a big family.
Something personal about Fabian
Sport is the ideal way for me to balance out my working day. Whether it’s at the soccer club in Enzenkirchen or the tennis team in Andorf, it allows me to switch off and recharge my batteries. At the weekend, I love spending time with friends and family. Whether we’re at home or out and about, the main thing is that we have fun together.
