This is how Margit would describe her job
Early in the morning, at the beginning of my working day, I check all the devices, such as the vacuum cleaner and the lawn mower robot, and deal with any problems with the manufacturers. After that, it’s time for the weekly schedule: Here, I always make a note of my to-do’s for the whole week and spruce up every room.
I get to put my green thumb to work in the garden. Whether it’s trimming hedges or cleaning up the parking lot with the sweeper, there’s only one thing that counts for me: Womenpower!
The best thing about Margit's job
To be honest: I simply enjoy all the work that goes on around the company, and when you have such a nice team by your side, you’re even happier.
It’s nice to see that at H&S you’re not simply labeled as a cleaning lady: You are appreciated and also have normal working hours and don’t have to sneak around alone in the company late at night.
What Margit especially appreciates at H&S
„Family first“ could be the motto of H&S: On the one hand, we are one big family as a team, and on the other hand, the private family is included in very many activities. That way, you just grow together totally, because everyone knows everyone else and their private environment. We even meet our Hungarian colleagues at least once a year.
I still remember a buggy ride in Schladming where I pushed my own limits. I had a lot of fun, but when the round trip turned into a small competition, it became too fast for me and I simply hopped down without further thinking. So at least the title as winner of the hearts was secured for me.
Something personal about Margit
Everyone who knows me knows that my heart beats for heavy metal and historical novels. With both I can really switch off and put the everyday life aside. In addition, I have been interested in spiritual topics such as esotericism for as long as I can remember and like to occupy myself with it in my free time.
