Customer Service
This is how Theresa describes her job
From order entry to delivery, I handle all customer orders. Whether by email, phone or in person, I am in daily contact with our customers and our production department.
I’m also responsible for the trainees who come to our department for a work trial: I particularly enjoy giving prospective apprentices an insight into my professional field and the company.
The best thing about Theresa’s job is
This is clear: that you have to deal with all kinds of different people every day.
Every customer is different and has different requirements, so the job remains exciting and varied.
I also think it’s great that you don’t just sit in front of the screen all the time, but also get to know the customers during a visit and thus get to see the person at the other end.
What Theresa especially appreciates at H&S
I am who I am and don’t have to pretend: At H&S, you can just be who you are.
Even if you don’t have such a good day, your colleagues are there to help you and you support each other. That’s not something you can take for granted, and I really appreciate it.
Something personal about Theresa
As you can easily tell from the photo, I am a fan of piercings and tattoos. I don’t need a deep explanation for them here, I just think they are cool. 
Furthermore, I am very fond of animals and have half a zoo at home. Starting with 3 cats, a dog, geckos, axolotl and fish, everything is there. I like to give the animals my time and care for them.
