On the basis of samples, drawings and sketches, we develop precise production drawings for each individual solution. This data is made available to you free of charge and once the drawing has been approved, initial samples are produced to ensure smooth series production.

Manufacturing processes

From pre-assembled individual strands to complex cable harnesses, H&S Kabeltechnik GmbH develops and manufactures completely customized products according to your requirements. With our state-of-the-art production facilities, our own production drawings and an experienced team with many years of experience, we can respond to your wishes in the best possible way.

Cable cutting machines

3 fully automatic cutting machines as well as two semi-automatic machines and other small models process over 10 million meters of various cable types every year.

Alpha 356

Fully automatic crimping machine including tinning station, wire end ferrule crimping, insulation collar and crimp force monitoring.

Gamma 255

Two fully automatic crimping machines for cables with small cross-sections.

over 300 crimping tools

We crimp the assemblies on over 300 different tools and create cross-sections. Everything is possible from 0.03mm² to 240mm².

3 Lumberg semi-automatic machines

Thousands of insulation displacement connectors are processed annually on original tools on three Lumberg semi-automatic machines.

Printing machines

With our printing machines, we can print cables and heat-shrink tubing individually according to your requirements.

Schäfer fully automatic machine with robot

With the robot, cutting, crimping and inserting can be tailored to a product fully automatically.

Hotmelt Moulding

We have two hotmelt machines with our own tool design. This means that any shape can be overmolded.

100% Traceability

Every manufactured product is checked electronically at the end of the process. We have been able to ensure 100% traceability since 2017.
