For me, every day starts with the scheduling of our transporter. Here I determine which customers are to be supplied and when. Close cooperation with our warehouse is important here.
As soon as the transporter has left our headquarters, everything revolves around the creation and administration of customer orders. Daily contact with our customers and our production is essential for this.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I make this my task every day a new.
The versatility & the independence.
Although certain processes are naturally repetitive, my range of tasks in customer service is so broad that it never gets monotonous. . I also think it’s great that you can arrange your own daily routine and work through the tasks on your own responsibility. This gives me a certain freedom and shows that the company trusts me.
Two things: the team spirit and the relaxed but respectful way of dealing with each other
We are real team players and always have an open ear for each other. If a mistake happens, it doesn’t matter: we find a solution together and with a little snack the debt is paid back in no time.
The hierarchies are flat: We are all on a first-name basis and you can simply rely on each other.
I love to cook and try out new recipes. Of course, that’s even more fun now in my own home.
On winter weekends I like to go skiing. There is (almost ) nothing better than the feeling when you draw the first track in the slope. That is unique year after year.
