These milestones set the course for a successful company, but trough the years H&S Kabeltechnik never lost sight of the most important factor for growth, namely its employees, . The H&S team reflects its mission statement : honesty, cooperation and fairness are the principles.
Our Milestones
2006
Foundation of H&S Kabeltechnik GmbH with headquarter in Sigharting.
Shareholders Mr. Hochegger Christian & Mr. Schroll Markus. They laid the foundation for today's success of the company, which combines people and technology.
2007
Expansion at the location in Sigharting to approx. 150m²
2008
Hiring of the first employees
2009
Foundation of a 100% subsidiary in Hungary "PeMaC"
25 employees and an area of 1.600m².
NGK|NTK decides for H&S Kabeltechnik as distributor for lambda sensors in the european-wide heating sector
2010
Expansion at the location in Sigharting to approx. 300m²
Capacity expansion at the location in Hungary to 65 employees
The constant expansion of the technical equipment and a customer acquisition based on partnership quickly brought larger orders.
2011
Construction of a 4th production hall
Number of employees at the location in Hungary: 80.
Development and implementation of a special software using cloud technology.
2012
UL Certification
Especially for the expansion of export opportunities to the USA, Canada, etc.
2013
New building of the production plant in Hungary
130 employees and an area of 3,500m².
2014
New construction of administration building in Austria
Due to a renewed lack of space, it was decided to build a new company building in Enzenkirchen. 900m² are now an administration and warehouse building.
2015
First international trade fair appearances
2016
Expansion of the property area to 20,000m² in Nagymányok, Hungary.
The aim of the company's founders was to offer ready-made cable harnesses for the machine industry in batches of 100 pieces and more. In the meantime, the company is well established in various industrial sectors such as elevator, electronics and heating industry as well as railroad technology and the automotive sector.
2018
Investment in the latest Lumberg or Komax fully automatic machines

2020
Foundation of the sister company H&S Sensortechnik
H&S Sensortechnik specializes in ceramic glow igniters and lambda technology.
Acquisition of the first E-fleet for our employees
2021
Completion of the expansion of production and office space in Hungary.
The expansion of the Hungarian location to 6,700m² met the constant demand. In the meantime, around 500 employees are working to meet the constantly increasing demand for the prefabricated cable harnesses.
New Schaefer Megomat fully automatic machine
More modern - Faster - Better: Thanks to this investment, we now have the first fully automatic machine in our production which produces a finished part 100% independently.
